Terms of exchange and return

When sending goods weighing 5-30 kg by Ukrposhta mail and courier services Nova Poshta, SAT, Delivery, exchange and return of the Goods.

The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt – open the box and inspect the integrity of the wire spool.

If there are no damages and the goods correspond to those declared and ordered, the Buyer can safely pick up the goods and sign the acceptance receipt.

If the Buyer during the inspection found damage, or non-compliance with the ordered goods, the Buyer may refuse to accept the goods. In this case, the Goods are returned back to the Seller, and the Buyer receives the money within 5 days.
