Testing of welding and process properties on their welding equipment

In order to check the quality of the produced welding wire, our company has its own professional welding machine. It is a Fronius Vario Star 457-2 semiautomatic welder with a VR-57 feeder with a Binzel liquid cooling unit. We continuously test welds with the welding wire we produce to verify the welding and process properties.
